The first edition of the International Conference on the Physics of Optical Materials and Device – Asia (ICOM–Asia) will be held in Chongqing from December 11th to 12th, 2020. This combined on-site and online meeting is aimed to promote the scientific and technological collaboration between Chongqing and other Chinese regions with the Europe.

The conference will be held from 11th to 12th December 2020, at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chongqing - Nan’an, P.R> China
The official Conference language is English. The Conference is organized in a workshop style, composed of several Keynotes, Invited, Oral and Poster sessions, which will comprise lectures by the leaders in the field. The total times allocated for presentations are 35 min for Keynote lectures, 20 min for Invited lectures and 15 min for Oral presentations. The social program is the Conference banquet.

On-site participants - 3000 CNY
The CALL for keynote, oral and poster presentations is OPEN until December 1st.
Please submit an abstract following template for formatting to our conference secretary by email! After successful submission of your abstract you will receive a confirmation email.
The text of the abstract should be limited to one page. Figures and tables should be centered and located inside paper margins. Please ensure that you submit final version of the abstract, please be confident on the lack of errors in your final version prior to starting the submission process. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted which is why we advise you to use Abstract Template and save it as PDF file type. No proofreading will be done, although some corrections may be requested by the reviewers.

Oral presentations will require a Microsoft Office PowerPoint format and should be submitted at the symposium on a USB memory stick. Your presentation should be strictly based on the timings in the programme – 35 min for Keynote lectures, 20 min for Invited lectures and 15 min for Oral presentations, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: For these who will give their presentations online, we will ask you to join our ZOOM meeting for test the day before the conference starts. There is no specific format for online presenters since they can share their screen.
